Uninstall the software and download it again after registering and receiving confirmation of your registration. If you have not registered or have not yet received the email to confirm your registration the product key will not be downloaded with the software.

When downloading the software you need to register first.

If you have downloaded it from a location other than JCU, uninstall the software and download it from this link.
